Delmar DiviNe is a co-working and office space for nonprofits and other organizations working to improve St. Louis. Located inside the old St. Luke's Hospital, and standing on the very Delmar Divide that has come to symbolize racial segregation in St. Louis, we wanted to give the building a poem to welcome all, while making the entrance more inviting.
